Dr. IPS Oberoi is an expert in Primary and Revision Joint Replacement surgeries of the Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Elbow, and Ankle joints. He is a pioneer in minimally invasive reconstructive surgery, particularly Keyhole surgery (Arthroscopy) for Shoulder, Elbow, Hip, and Ankle issues. Additionally, he has honed techniques for managing Multi-Ligament and complex injuries of the Knee.

Dr. IPS Oberoi has made significant contributions to the field, publishing research on Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy, and Sports injuries in textbooks, journals, and educational manuscripts for Arthroscopy training of young orthopaedic surgeons. He serves as a visiting surgeon at Al Tawara Medical/Teaching Hospital and Military Hospital in Sanaa, Yemen, and has been invited as a surgeon in medical schools and hospitals in Iraq, Iran, Oman, and Syria. He has also delivered lectures at various International and National meetings.
